August 3rd – BBQ & Red Wine Pairing Virtual Event

Back by popular demand, the original Grillin’ Fool, Scott Thomas, is going to show us how to prep and BBQ fall off the bone ribs: baby back, spare, and St. Louis style. Learn how to trim down a slab of spares into a slab of St. Louis style, one of Scott’s best money-saving tips.

Once you’ve mastered mouthwatering ribs, you’ll need the perfect wine to pair it with. Sommelier Angela Ortmann (STLwinegirl) will be sharing with us which reds pair best with each style of ribs and why. Don’t think fancy; think tasty!

Through it all, our very own Principal SE Steve Phillips will chat with customers about some of their everyday IT issues, biggest infrastructure problems, and how Tintri helped to solve them. He might also be caught reminiscing with these same customers about their all-time favorite BBQ joints.
